Prime real estate meets tropical waterfront in Downtown Miami, which features the highest concentration of prime office space in South Florida. Over 18 million square feet of Class A and B office space provides future tenants with a wealth of location choices and building options. Most Class A office space is contained within high performance, environmentally sustainable, LEED certified buildings; many office buildings feature fiber-optic connections, direct access to the Network Access Point of the Americas for extra band-width, cutting edge security systems, extra redundancy to ensure continued operation at all times, and other unique services.

3D Development Pipeline
The Miami DDA Research/GIS team has recently published a 3D model of the core of Downtown Miami from Brickell through the CBD into the Arts & Entertainment District. The model showcases the current skyline and adds in the projects from the development pipeline. Under construction buildings appear in blue, followed by planned projects in green, and then the full complement of proposed projects in purple. The 3D model delivers a vision of the short, medium, and long term dynamic changes that will reshape Downtown Miami. It is a compendium to our recently released interactive development map. The model is accurate to 6” in vertical height for the existing buildings. We also endeavored to remain true to published information on the developments in the pipeline in respect to their height, lot area, FLR, and tower configuration.
