Sealed responses will be received by the Miami Downtown Development Authority (“Miami DDA”). Suite 2929, 200 S. Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33131 until 5:00 P.M. on October 31, 2012 for:

AUDITING SERVICES

Responses due: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2012, at 5:00 P.M.

RFP Objective:
The Downtown Development Authority of the City of Miami, Florida (“Miami DDA”) is seeking a qualified public accounting firm to perform annual audits of Miami DDA’s financial statements.

RFP package may be obtained by downloading document above, from the Miami DDA by email or in person from Karry Maravilla, 200 S. Biscayne Blvd., Suite 2929, Miami, FL 33131 or Maravilla@miamidda.com. 

It is the sole responsibility of all firms to ensure the receipt of any addendum and it is recommended that firms register to ensure addenda sent.

All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP package. Any proposals received after time and date specified above will not be considered. The responsibility for submitting a proposal before the stated time and date is solely and strictly the responsibility of the firm/proposer. The Miami DDA is not responsible for delays caused by courier service, including U.S. Mail, or any other occurrence.
