Business Development specifically focuses on the recruitment of new-to-market businesses, the growth of our existing business ecosystem, and bolstering our talent base. The services provided to ownership groups, and their representatives, assist them both before and after their arrival. These efforts include incentives packages, research assistance, joint presentations, permitting assistance, talent recruitment, introductions to key stakeholders, exposure, and more. Beyond this highly personalized approach, we also leverage more traditional methods. We collect and analyze relevant market research, economic trends, and downtown‐related news and policies.
