The Pfizer vaccine second dose will be given

Monday, June 7th thru Sunday, June 13th at the same location.

Important: All eligible ages 12 on up.  The Pfizer vaccine that will be dispensed is the
only vaccine approved for ages 12 – 17 and on up.  Minor children require they are accompanied by either a parent or legal guardian and they will be required to fill out a waiver for the vaccination of the minor. The waiver will be available on-site.

Walk up, no appointment needed.
