Miami DDA Board of Directors Meeting – Revised Date

NOTICE OF MIAMI DDA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

The September 17, 2021 Miami DDA Board of Directors Meeting will be held at the Miami DDA Offices and will be open to the public.  Members of the public will also be able to view this meeting as it is live streamed on Miami DDA’s Facebook page.

Members of the public can leave prerecorded public comment within 48 hours prior to the meeting by calling 305-379-6586,  for agenda items that are scheduled to be heard.  Public comments may also be submitted via email at PublicComments@miamidda.com.  The deadline to submit prerecorded phone messages is September 16, 2021 by 5:00 p.m.  Any public comments received regarding agenda items will be read into the meeting, as time permits, and will be distributed to the Committee members and Miami DDA Staff as part of the public record.

A copy of the final agenda draft for the virtual Miami DDA Board of Directors Meeting will be updated the day before the meeting and posted on the Miami DDA website.

Please note that Governor DeSantis’ Executive Order Number 20-69 suspended the requirements that a quorum to be present in person or that a local government body meet at a specific public place.  The Executive Order also allows local government bodies to utilize communications media technology, such as telephonic and video conferencing for local government, Board and Committee meetings.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Miami DDA at 305-379-6570  no later than three (3) business day prior to the proceeding.  TTY users may call via 711 (Florida Relay Service) no later than three (3) business day prior to the proceeding.
