The Miami Downtown Development Authority, in collaboration with the City of Miami
and Miami-Dade County, is providing assistance to businesses
and residents facing challenges related to obtaining permits, including
Certificates of Use (CU) and Business Tax Receipts (BTR). We are also assisting
businesses with code enforcement issues associated with the buildings they
currently lease or are considering leasing in the near future.
